KM Talk: No-Budget KM
Many organisations want to get started in KM, and most times they struggle with getting the budget to start the effort. Actually there are many useful learning techniques to create knowledge, and these do not require substantive funding. These self and team practices are powerful starter habits to promote among staff, and when done effectively, promise exponential gains in knowledge creation, transfer and integration. The presenter, drawing from his more than two decades of experience in KM and learning methods, will share his novel 123X model. Participants will be introduced to how to encourage their co-workers to share observation, build insights, and derive lessons learnt within a very short period of time. The three techniques require no more than an hour to practice effectively.
