Quite often, knowledge capture and sharing occur rather incidentally in organisations, and it is often the result of an individual’s initiative to share insights that he or she might have uncovered. Hence, such insights are often left to chance which will be a heavy risk to bear as organisations increasingly need to be agile and adaptable in an increasingly VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex & ambiguous) environment.
